Management and inspections:

We offer our services in management of small ports, ship inspections and training of seafarers. Our team has been established by maritime professionals with more than 100 years joined experience in maritime field.

In last decade, we have been providing consultancy services for various organizations supporting their projects in shipping industry, such as: World Bank, Asia Development Bank, AUSAID, NZAID, NZ Maritime, SPC, PACMA, etc…..

Some of those jobs have been: preparation of MoU between Kiribati and Liberia and Kiribati and New Zealand, on recognition of each other certificates according to the STCW Code and Convention; “Maritime Training Needs Assessment” of Kingdom of Tonga on behalf of World Bank; development of QM, QMS and other operational documents for Marine Training Centre in Kiribati which lead them to Germanisher Lloyd certification of the Institute, according to the ISO and STCW standards; preparation of QM and QMS documents for the SPMS, leading them to the MLC2006 compliance and certification by the local government agency. Presently, we are involved on preparation of MoU between Kiribati and Australia (AMSA) on recognition of each other certificates (STCW) and on introduction of AMSA /NZ Maritime approved OOW Class III Deck and Engine courses in Tarawa, project sponsored by NZAID.

Ob behalf of PACMA (Pacific Islands Maritime Association), we are performing audits of maritime administrations (STCW, ISO, MLC2006) of 18 Pacific Islands Countries on behalf as required by IMO conventions.
